- Hotel Reservations – Partners, sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to book hotel reservations at one of the hotels listed in your group’s confirmation email, which may have rooms available at a Conference rate. The confirmation email is sent to the group’s point of contact after an exhibit booth order is completed. If group rate rooms are sold out/not available, please consider making your reservation(s) at a hotel close to the Sheraton Kansas City Crown Center.
