Most conference programming will take place at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. Additional events and socializing will take place at the Marriott on the Falls and Marriott Fallsview. See the Agenda page for specific details. Read on to learn how to make your hotel room reservation.
- Register First. Conference registration is required before hotel room reservations can be made. The hotel reservation links are found in your registration confirmation email.

Attendees may reserve up to two rooms. Contact the Conference Helpline for assistance with reservations of more than two rooms. Reservations must be made in the name of a registered attendee. Rooms in the group block that are not in the name of a registered attendee are subject to cancellation.
- Buyer Beware. We caution all attendees to be aware of unauthorized hotel reservation offers from third parties other than those provided in your registration confirmation email. All other solicitations are not affiliated with the conference hotels or FBINAA. These solicitations often attempt to sell rooms at reduced rates and may offer reservations for rooms that are unavailable or not intended to be available. Contact the Conference Helpline if you have questions or comments.
To confirm your hotel room is within the conference block, reference the following information when making your reservation. All reservations must be made online first. You can call the hotel for general information or to modify existing reservations (e.g., request an ADA room, a crib, or a rollaway bed).

- Room rates are below in Canadian funds (CAD) and are subject to 7.9% Local Fees and Taxes (LF&T), which includes a $2.00 Municipal Accommodation Tax. The room rate and LF&T are subject to 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). The online reservation site also allows you to switch rates to US dollars (USD).
- Room rates are for single or double occupancy; triple and quadruple occupancy, when available, are at an additional rate of $25.00 per person. Children under 18 stay free in the room with an adult, and rollaway beds are available for an additional $25.00 each. Room rates include complimentary

The convention center and conference hotels are located 75 minutes from downtown Toronto and 40 minutes from Buffalo, New York. The venues are near the Rainbow Bridge, the closest international border crossing between Canada and the United States.

Ground Transportation
The Conference does not provide ground transportation from any airport. Transportation to and from the airport must be arranged by attendees.
The convention center and conference hotels are located 60 minutes from downtown Toronto, and 40 minutes from Buffalo, New York.
The Buffalo/Niagara Falls International Airport (BUF) website has specific options to pursue for airport to hotel ground transportation (includes crossing US/Canada border) – Ground Transportation Page. These transportation providers are independent contractors and not affiliated or endorsed by the Conference. Ground transportation is on your own and must be booked directly with a provider.
Driving

Passport, Firearms, and Customs: Canadian border requirements
- Firearms and weapons
There are substantial restrictions for bringing firearms into Canada. This applies to law enforcement officials as well. A Non-Resident Firearm Declaration Form and an Authorization to Transport Permit (ATT) may be required.
